1 General Terms

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Notify the ase367 support team immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ase367 may conduct an identity verification ("KYC") process at any time for security purposes. Full verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. Failure to provide the required documents may result in withdrawals being placed on hold.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. The player will be notified in advance at their registered email address regarding an inactive account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

ase367 sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and betting category. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows betting on various international and local tournaments including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup. Odds may change during live events. A confirmed bet cannot be changed.

6.3 Casino Games

6.4 Cancelled Transactions

10 Account Suspension and Closure

ase367 may immediately or with notice suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• Suspicious transactions related to money laundering

10.2 Closed by User

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any active bonus wagering should be completed before closing the account, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.

In the case of account closure without valid reason, the remaining real balance will be returned.
